all civs have communications

Rome invades germany, but germany armys stop the invasion, now that the roman iron armys advance, chances are the german city is about to fall.
egypt invades the south, next turn the city will fall......as the enemy armys are too far away to retreat for the defence.
giant buildup to the christian settements by tunisia, war in hte future?
