In response to the continuing project to get a Middle Earth game going, I thought that I'd provide a map.

Erez, on your map I would also add the Grey Havens, just west of the Shire, on the coast.

Very Very nice plexus. I would suggest that the map have mountains and such too, as it greatly affected the armies and nations of middle earth (ei, forcing to hold a strategic gate, attacking when an ally was too far away, or seperated by mountain range, etc).

I thought about it... but I don't know how to place them and keep the map aesthetically pleasing.

Yeah i agree with Jason you realy need the mountains + I think you need the big forests. The map just ain´t complete without mirkwood-

-Mirkwood
-The Old Forest
-Fangorn Forest
-Lorien
-Misty Mountains
-Blue Mountains
-Grey Mountains
-Black Mountains
-Emyn Muil

use two maps. One for territory, and one for terrain.

That's what I was thinking, as it is, I can overlay the original map on the NES map with a 50% transparency.

Erez, you have drawn the borders of Scandinavia VERY wrong. Where did half of Finland disappear? Turku (the capital of Finland during middle ages) would be under the sea in that map!!

(I like the other maps, though)

I got a quastion.
Why you think I care? I just took part of the big maps and made this map. Make your own euro map with fixed Finland and make borders. Than you will could yell at people for Finland borders.

Until you try, I won't listen to your crying anymore about Scandinavia

Btw, I don't have to draw a good Euro map because Plexus has already done plenty of them. If you want to do a map that someone might actually PLAY, then I suggest you take Plexus's empty euro map and put the countries there.

I didn't asked if my Scandinavia is Ok, cause NO ONE can make it look real with hand painting.
