Yes, but most of them are before the 20th Century, regardless of the VERY recent (and in some cases, highly unpopular and controversial) ones you seem to focus on. When I suggest pre-colonial leaders for such nations (which I've done several times), you just ignore them and just keep babbling about the modern ones in a very out-of-touch and unrealistic way.
