Why don't we have decent speed here?

I have never seen any 4 player or more PBEM with decent speed. Only way to get it faster is to have a Game Master or referee.

So where is the turn hung up at? I'm in two 4 players games that have been moving along fairly quickly, it all depends on the luck of the draw on getting reliable players.
