New Civilization mods in Civ V

I was wondering what the level of civilization mods will be in Civilization V. Mainly the leaderheads, and wether they will have voice actors, and the custom animations and whatnot.

As with any game that you can mod, voice, animations, and other 3d stuff will be the hardest items to mod in the game.

I am sure it can be done, but there will be few people who are proficient enough with modding to do it.


I am more interested in Unique unit, building, and power modding myself. Should be some good stuff going on there.
