Russian Byzantine
leader : Antoine RIDE
music theme : greek orthdox chants, russian orthodox chant(for all erea), (gregorian chants for war). diplomatic music : gregorian chant
Trait : slavik heritage (+ 75% faith, + 25% gold)
Religion : Eastern Orthdox and Catholic
Unique unit : cossak, cataphrat, greek fire (sea) big bombard
Unique building : Hagia Irenee, Hagia Sophia, orthodox wood church


if you can make this civilization for me i would be haapy because i have no time in one week

I think you'll find that the primary driver for most of the modders who give us additional civs to play with is that they create the ones they're interested in or they feel Firaxis has overlooked.. It's a bit harsh to say the place is dead just because no-one, so far, is interested in making a particular civ that you'd like to see. Have you considered using the template new civ mod and trying it yourself? You'll find the folks here are super-helpful when you ask questions, providing you provide the relavant information they need.

Assumptions that x will only take 10 minutes are usually a bad idea. If changes to an existing civ are what you're after, your best approach would be to read the guides and tutorials, have a crack at it yourself, then, if you can't get it to work, start a new thread in the appropriate sub-forum with all the details people will need to point you in the right direction.
