Thousands of Belgians flee their country as avaricious English marauders set flame to the cities and the fields in a last vindictive attempt to lash out at their conquerors. The Belgian refugees are greeted by soldiers of the German Imperial Wehrmacht, who halt in order to construct temporary accomodations for the exiled people. Soon, however, the troops set off to take back the true homes of the frightened and displaced Belgians. With a German Imperial Fleet securing the seas and confining the English fugitives to port, the days of the rampaging villians are numbered. Meanwhile, a brave group of volunteers conducted a daring raid across the Baltic Sea and onto the shores of Sweden, where the English flotsam and jetsam had set up a headquarters at the expense of the Swedes. Ransoming Swedish fishing fleets and stealing from Swedish granaries for food while invading the homes of Swedish aristocrats for lodging, the English grew corpulent and careless in their cold northern hideaway. The German Wehrmacht had no difficulty whatsoever in throwing down the contemptible English criminals. The grateful Swedish people have pledged oaths of loyalty to Imperial Germany.

I have been informed that my orders were missing for this turn. I have been having significant problems with my hotmail account, so in addition to resending them over hotmail, I'm PMing my orders to kOc. Has anyone else sent me mail and got an inexplicable silence in return?

Despite longstanding conflict with the English people, the English King was given a proper and solemn burial at sea, which was attended by the highest members of all forms of German society, including the Kaiser, members of his military High Command, the German intellectual elite, industrialists, capitalists, and figures of public admiration. The English were a feared and respected enemy. Monuments to the Anglo-German war are being commisioned in Edinburgh, Berlin, and Antwerp.

I don't believe France has gained enough territory to raise an Eigth Army.

EDIT: Stapel beat me to it.

Ah yes, missed that little army hiding in Piedmont :p

The map looks so bland now. . . it'll look even worse when everything is black. Sort of like a funeral. Fitting. :)
