Mountains and jungles are off limits to wheeled units unless they are traveling on a road.

This is going to be very interesting. If a city is surrounded by mountains and jungles, then no wheeled units can reach the city if there is no road. The city will be very hard to captured!

Do you think the catapult is considered a wheeled unit?

Nice, another army shot. Hey, anyone else notice that it is 1940 AD and the army consists of Legions!? Huh? Most of the shots contain Cavalry as the strongest unit... is this some ssssslllllooooowwww tech research or what?

Steve Butts was probabaly saving the legions to trigger a Roman Golden Age in the 21st century.

From the "Trade and Trade Routes" screenshot TF found, it looks like it's possible to blockade enemy harbors to disrupt their trade. Cool! But I don't like that trade is civ-wide, based on having a viable route between capital cities. I want to be able to blockade my enemies' overseas colonies so they can't manufacture weapons!
