1.Decompress the file if needed.Most is in .zip format.zip utilities available for free at download.com
2.Place the map in your civ2 folder.Make sure it ends in the suffix .mp for map.
3.Start game on a pre-made world.Select your map desired.You may be asked if you wish to randomize resources and starting spots..thats your call.
