New Mod: Ancient Transport Ships

This very simple mod makes Transport Galleys available in the Ancient Era with the Fishing technology.

To keep the Classic Era tech Trade Expeditions useful, it now provides +1 City Cap (which was removed from Philosophy).

Finally, the Phoenicians can actually found Carthage without having to walk there through Egypt! And Ancient Warships now have an actual purpose.

I don't know why, but I really just love the Phoenicia-Carthage-Umayyad-plus-ultra evolution. Probably because it was what the initial buzz around Humankind most evoked in my mind.
