The Dinosaurs! modpack is based on Microprose's Age of Reptiles scenario included in Fantastic Worlds expansion and Civ2 Gold. The modpack contains rules, sounds, and graphics updates plus new units. The scenario is modified into a modpack so even players who only have Classic Civ2 can play it. Hey Koby!

Thanks for keeping the thread alive

Also, there is a scenario included in the Dinosaurs modpack for users of CiC, FW, and Civ 2 Gold.

To answer your question about my ability to work on several scenarios in parallel...hmmmm...

Well, I think that there are a few things going on...

1) I have over 2 gigs of Civilization resources on the computer for every version up to ToT

2) For as many scenarios as I have published, I have at least that many projects started

3) I sometimes switch back and forth between projects when I get ideas or find answers to things that held me up in a previous scenario

Basically, as I learn more, I solve problems on the scenarios I've set to the side that were almost complete that needed a special unit ability or a good map or an event which I had not thought of before. This allows multiplicity and sometimes I can release two or three scenarios at the same when one problem is solved. In the meantime, when I get a new scenario idea, I put together a "graphics pack". Not really a scenario or modpack, but a graphics test...and I set it aside.

I hope that everyone enjoys Dinosaurs! because I have a secret mission to bring the world of advanced scenario play to Classic Civ II players...hehe
