I'd like to see the nice details a bit better. The third era was bordering on being too dark, but IMO this fourth era is clearly too dark.

I don't think it's too dark at all. Infact, such comment coming from the person who did the darkest of all terrain mod, it's a bit surprising

But I've learned the error of my ways and the current MoM terrain is actually quite bright.
My monitor settings at home are in order, it's on standard brightness and there isn't too much contrast either. I'm at a university computer right now and the leaderhead looks even darker with this monitor. I do like the moody darkness, but with this leaderhead it makes me feel like squinting my eyes to make out the detail better. It could be just the monitors (both are old style monitors, not TFT/LCD's) but I feel like I'm being left in the dark here. (bad pun intended)
No, seriously, if Grandraem is happy with it, aaglo, stormy, mrtn and whoelse are happy with it then I believe it is indeed in order. I don't have a use for the leaderhead, so my vote shouldn't count as much.

I fixed the Grim_all.pcx file to add the fourth era. In the first post I put all pcx files, including alternates, in one download with new file. For those who've already downloaded the other pcx's and just need new advisor file, it's here:
