New Posts Icons

I have a problem with the New Posts Icons. I will go into a forum, and it will show certain threads have new posts. I will either read them or choose "Mark all Threads as Read". Everything is fine. I will then go to a different forum and come back, and the icons have been reset! This will happen inevitably, but I not necessarily every visit to a forum.

I have cookies enabled, so I don't know if there is anything else I can do.

Try refreshing your Internet Browser. Usualy this only happens to me when ever a Mod Posts a Global Adnouncement in his/her forum.

Refreshing has no effect. In essence,, it is refreshing whenever I re-enter a forum.

Hmm, It has taken a while for me to see the Adnouncement Icon after a Mod has posted an adnouncement. I usualy see an "x" icon when ever they post an adnouncement. It usualy takes time.

Hmm, Are you downloading something big Zorven, since that usualy happens to me when I am downloading a 1MB or Greater File.

No, not downloading anything. This behavior is consistant, day after day. My best guess is that the site is not recognizing my existing cookies, but I am not expert there.
