New purchase

Hey all,

I just purchased Civ III Complete from Direct2Drive, and I was wondering if I would need to patch it. I assume it's fully patched, but I want to make sure.

Sorry for the noob question, but I haven't played Civ III in, oh, years now, and I'm not very familiar with it, but I wanted to give it a shot again.

Civ III Complete is fully patched. At least the CD version is. If anyone knows otherwise about the Direct2Drive version, speak up.

Stuff I get from GoG or Impluse or Steam are patched.

Look in the lower-left corner of the main screen when Civ has entirely loaded, and you'll see the version number. If it says 1.22, it's fully patched.
