New roman civilization requested

Byzantium Civilization
lead by Constantin (All roads leads to Rome)
Unique Unit : Legion and Cataphrate
Unique Building : Orthodox Church
Religion : greek orthodox
music theme : byzantine music or orthodox chant

Making the civ itself wouldn't be very hard, but if you wanted new unit/building/leader graphics, I personally am not very good with art files, and not really sure how to make yet w/o new sdk.

I currently am planning to add two new leaders to Rome: Marcus Aurelius (for a science leader) and Justinian (with Constantinople as capital). I have some work done already, but I am creating an entire civ, which is not how I want to do it. Is there a way to add new leaders to civs already in the game? No new units, just new leaders.
