New science victory requirements

With the 50 year anniversary of the first moon landing happening now and in light of NASA actually losing much of the research to return to the Moon I think the game Devs should add another step in the science victory where after the first moon landing the player has to wait 50 turns and then re-research some of the tech necessary for the mission. After this the player can head to Mars :/

The US has not lost the research to return to the Moon, but the desire.
