Kyriakos has decided to delete this soon, so if you want it, download immediately. For those who are too late though I'd be willing to email it to anyone who wants it.

Also note that if you are attempting to cut and past this you'll have to enlarge the cities file first as the size 3 does not fit on the normal sized file. Easiest way to do this would probably to grab Goldfool's template and enlarge it a bit then cut and paste everything on there.
