Still getting 60-90 second turn times in early prehistoric. I'm going back to 11231 until there's a way I can shutvoff the dynamic civ names.
Should also be pointed out that we don't know for certain that it is dynamic civ names that is slowing down miccal's game.
Or do we? The slowdown started at revision 11232, is that right?
Edit: The discord stuff was added on in 11232, it's a possible suspect too.
I can compile a revision 11232 where I've removed the discord code for you to test out, you would test it out on revision 11232 of course so you have dynamic civ name and there's no other possible version compatibility issues for the dll I'd supply.

I'll revert the discord commit for future SVN and the v41 stable release, can't have the stable release perform as badly as you described for all our wine/linux players, I know there's at least three wine players around, probably quite a few who doesn't participate on the forum too.Working fine on 11232 with the dll you sent me and the Discord folder deleted!
Now, how do I do this for 11244 and future versions, please?
