its a shame the AI wont use workers unless they have all the commands, this would be a good way to add a drilling machine of some kind, that can only mine...

In an industrial scenario/mod you could just have mining available with this tech. It's not the same, but almost.

Oh yeah and nice graphic btw.

In my European Mod this would allow the construction of deep coal mines as a city imp. Doubles shield production, maybe?
