New To Civ 3

Hi I'm fairly new to civ three. So far i have only won twice. Once on Chieftan by Histograph and once on Warlord by cultural 20K. I have just started a game on warlord in which i am the Aztecs. I'm trying to win by tion, but it isn't going very well. If anyone has any tips for me it would be very appreciated

Read the war academy section of civfanatics. It helps a lot!

Ahoy jafink! It takes alot of practice. Reading about other peoples strategies will help speed up your skill.

LOL! Wow, will Civ IV have an economic victory condition?

Hmm, Aztecs you say - well you're probably already past your prime - get those Jags out EARLY - the jag rush on your nearest AI will start your Golden Age and get you a LOT more jags to rush the second nearest civ - from then on out you're home free...

Oh yeah, it helps if you attack the cities that have culture first - that way you can keep them and don't have to build settlers - leave your enemies silly little 1 person cities until last.

hi thanks for the tips, when i said "tion" it was a typo i meant "domination"
