New Worker Action

Hey everyone,

I am a newbie to the Civfanatics, and this is the first post.

What I want to do is to add a new worker action for a specific type of Fortress: 40 % to defense, but does not act as a city. I though I could do it through XML only, but no new worker action button pops up on the workers.

I read in one of the forums that this would be possible through SDK. Is that really the case? Or am I missing something very fundamental?

If so, I am quite good with PHP language, I can try and learn some basic SDK.

This still needs only XML, but you need to modify at least three files. Civ4ImprovementInfos for the improvement, Civ4BuildInfos for the build order that creates the improvement, and Civ4UnitInfos to associate that build with the worker.
