Newb Here Very Confused

Sorry if this is in the wrong place.

Now there are two things I see at this site that I would like to have. The Total War Mod and the Realism Mod, However I have some questions.

Can I have both at the same time?

They talk about a Warlord version, is this an expansion pack or soemthing? I don't have it. Is it free? Are there still downloads available for the non-Warlord Civ4?

I don't think I've applied any patches to the game (maybe one) in fear I would loose my hand made scenarios, would I loose them if I patched the game? The saved games can go.

I have the 2K games version which has different patches I believe, will the mods above still work on it?

Warlords is an expansion pack for Civilization 4. You have to pay for it, but if you want it, I suggest skipping it and heading for Beyond the Sword, which has everything Warlords includes and a LOT more. I don't know the exact price, though.

There are still downloads for vanilla (non-expanded) Civ4. Check the Downloads Database.

I don't think you'll lose any handmade scenarios (though you might wanna post 'em in the Database..other Vanilla players may like them!), though I'm not completely sure.

The 2K Games version is the same as the rest of the versions, so you'll be fine. The patches are the same.

As for mod-specific questions, check out their own forums, under Mod/Project Development subforum (above all the threads in this forum).

Meh, come on. At the very least, you'll get a constructive review. Exposing your work to the public helps you and them!
