Great games everyone! Thanks for the positive feedback on the first Quick Speed Civ4 GOTM.

The novelty of the Speed didn't stop some players from getting very early domination victories... while the date of the earliest Conquest victory is somewhat astonishing.

Great educational spoilers too!

Here's where everyone settled.

The Small Print:
The numbers by each player's name indicate the turn settled on (starting turn is 0). Players are colour coded by game class (challenger=red, adventurer=blue). Symbols indicate victory condition, if there's no symbol then the player either retired or was defeated. The yellow border indicates the land that was visible at the start of the game.

Thanks. The first war didn't go as quick as I preferred (Napoleon got LBM), and I didn't perfect the final 15 turns, so I was a quite surprised that I actually won the award. The WC's proved to be more powerful than I anticipated. I guess that the AI suffered from not knowing Alphabet. I also think that attacking the most advanced AI was a successful strategy as well.

I missed the shield (congrats ainglis) but I still managed to get the lowest scoring (raw score) overall victory. WooHoo for being barely competent! Should I get something for that?

I'm getting to heptathlete fast.. oh wait it's the other pack of awards...
