Well I've just managed to screw up GOTM20 by sabotaging myself on Prince level, so not much to lose by giving Deity a crack!

Normally my Deity efforts get abandoned by turn 100 as the other Civs evolve into a plane of existence as pure energy while my population still beleive the sun god eats the moon every 28 days, so fingers crossed for some cosmic luck!

I'm presuming honor and fast tracking Civil service are going to be "musts" for this just to get the culture turn over while the AI throw up wonders at the speed of a well laid lawn!

Thanks Lief, judging by my test game on deity...I'm going to need it. The closest of space victories has just been won, but only because of my superior lust for nuclear carnage and replayed the last 10 turns about a dozen times!

But culture, with the Germans? You should drink less when thinking these things up!

with the help of multiple replays and reloads, ofcourse. and, this time round, popping a hut for writing allowing me to build both the GL and Oracle. its amazing what a bit of luck can do....
