Nforce solution for laggy video

i got it ... for people with Nforce3 Motherboard, go on the nvidia website and update your Nforce3 Driver to 5.10 and do not install sound if you already own a sound Card (not onboard)...

EVERTHING is so smooth now, i can finally play with high setting and no lag
