I always found the Sid Meier tech narrations really jarring, so I created a voicepack to replace them with the OG voice actor. Just unzip to \Sid Meier's Civilization IV Beyond the Sword\Beyond the Sword\Assets\Sounds\Tech and enjoy.

Regrettably I cannot. However, you can create something similar if you were to sample the game's voice files yourself into say elevenlabs.

Yeah but it breaks Culture. At the very least border pops take ages with the default No Espionage option. And even with the End of Espionage mod you don't get religious espionage back...

This has got me wondering who the voice actor for BTS was, was it a dev?
Also, any chance for doing the Next War Techs? They were all narrated and it's one of my favourite modpacks.

If you just follow the suggestion I made in this thread, you can get to pretty much the same result. Sign up for a service that can clone voices, for example eleven labs (google them), upload samples of the voice you want to clone, and then you can use their tools to create speech in that voice.
