No, it actually depends on what are you looking for for example: PSP- Has awesome graphics and is easy to play once you get used to the controls.
DS (Which i've got) - Is good for people who like games using 2 screens and great sound speakers. So, whatever choice you make is your own and nobody can make you rush out and get something that you might want.

Well it depends on your choice of games. I like Metal Gear and Syphon Filter, so it would be PSP for me.
