Hello everyone
My friend and I are playing Civ 4 multiplayer. We are alternating between direct IP and PBEM. When playing direct IP we are unable to engage in diplomacy with AI civilisations. Also pop-ups such as 'would you like to raze this city' don't appear.
When we switch to PBEM all of the pop-ups from the previous session pop-up immediately upon loading the game. These include diplomacy, finished building messages etc.
Is there anything we can do about this? Thanks in advance.
