No civ directory in My documents

I cannot run my civ game. It crashes everytime.So i tried the fix number7.
But i noticed I don't have any civ directory in My Documents.
So i don't have the CivilizationIV.ini file for instance.
Could it be the reason why it crashes?
Could someone tell me what are the civ directories that are suposed to be in My Documents and send them to me plz?

The directory "My Games" goes directly in your "My Documents" folder

This is from my other computer; I cant get Civ 4 to start on my main computer either, it just does not load when I start it. Hence, thoses directories arent created either since it doesnt load. I tried putting the files in "My Documents", but it didnt work

Try it, but I wouldnt get my hopes up....

Nope, no luck

I tried countless things, and Ive been working on it since the game came out, but with no luck.

Now Ive reinstalled Civilziation 3, and Im waiting for a Civ4 patch while crying silently
