No Diplomacy Sound Bug / Screeching

I'm having the bug that whenever I enter the Diplomacy screen with another nation the sound goes mute and met with a loud screeching noise whenever I leave the diplomacy page. I've already looked at the sticky thread (https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/fix-for-no-sound-during-diplomacy-under-windows-10.623735/) and many other sources that suggest to download IndirectSound but the website seems to have been down for me for the past week so I've decided to make this post to see if anyone else has another solution that might work or has the dlsound.dll file that IndirectSound apparently is for download on another link?

I've managed to find the IndirectSound files through some web searching and fixed the problem. If others are having sound problems I will put the files into a Dropbox so others may download them with ease because I'm still have issues accessing the IndirectSound website.

* Only need to install this if IndirectSound alone does not work.
* The setup will direct to your temp folder so you will have to manually go to the temp folder and launch the setup there.
