I am having the extremely bright problem. (Light light light yellow & white tiles, ocean is black and every now and again the ocean tiles go to blue/black striped motion for about 1 second.)
The game runs fine other than this. I used the omega drivers and got this result, and the 5.10 from ATI are now doing the same thing. I left the 5.10 drivers in from ATI cause I figure any patch will be counting on me having them.
Also, I saw yesterday something about Firaxis releasing a fix today for ATI card users. the post was at 7am yesterday and said the release was 30 hours from when he posted I guess. I am seeing no such thing anywhere. Even though I have already tried, I am gonna see if I can do the Unpak thing again now with the new drivers after a fresh install, but I really think it is me just spinning my wheels for no reason. If anyone knows of anything that would help or information about this 'fix' please reply.
