No reaction when I use the number pad of my keyboard

Hi,

I don´t know why this happened. My game runs fine all the weeks but with no reason now Alpha Centauri AND Alien Crossfire don´t react anymore when I try to move my units by using my number pad on the right side of my keyboard! This is really strange because it worked all the time but since one day just not. But everything with my game is fine and also everything with my computer and keyboard is fine. I tested it my computer still reacts when I press the buttons of my number pad and nothing is broken! Now I can´t attack enemys or send my units to fields which are diagonal to them. Now I just can send them to left, right, up and down but not diagonal anymore you know what I mean.

What shall I do?

Try pressing numlock, perhaps (You may have hit it accidentally, that will shut down the numpad.)

If it isn't that, looking through the alpha Centauri options menu may help.

If toggling the numlock key doesn't help, try an uninstall/reinstall. That fixed the problem in this thread.
