No terrain tooltips?

I'm not getting any terrain tooltips. I looked at the lua log and its empty. Any ideas? I'd really like to try the mod.

EDIT: Little more information, G&K Expansion, 1.0.1.705
I have other mods installed but I've disabled all but CivUP v21 to no avail. I never get any terrain tooltips.

In the game options, set map info delay to 0 seconds. Does that fix your problem? I'd like the game to automatically default to 0 seconds... but I don't know how to change the default.

Hmm. On vanilla civ, right out of the box, there's a different terrain tool tip that appears right above the world map. It's got less info than the tooltip controlled by the delay option, but it's also in a less obstructive place. Where did that tooltip go?

I did not have time to replicate the code from the on-mouse version to the bottom-right version, so I decided to go with the on-mouse version. In an ideal world I'd have time for both.
