Patch 1.0.0.62
"View City" option is fantastic for capturing enemy cities.
However, when you capture a city that is actually a captured city of a now since-deceased civ, the "View City" option is not available - all you get is "Liberate", "Annex", "Puppet", and "Raze".
Need to view under all circumstances!
