No Water??

Hmmmm.. when I was looking at each city I noticed something, there's no water access to Cha Ching?!?! I looked and the only way to get water there is to 1. Wait until Electricity and 2. Build a city in the below black circles to transfer water through the lake. I think we should update our dotmap to put one of these in it. BTW, I posted the image though I blocked all info.

Hmmm, at least you blocked all info. This pic will mean nothing to whoever sees it. Next time, put it as an attachment, or talk to croxis or our DPs about uploading it to a secure server.

Your point on city placement is very valid. Do cities on hills still pass through water?
