NoRaze Patch doesn't work

Sorry for spaming new threads, but I thought, it would inapropriate to ask for troubleshooting help in Q&A. As the title says, NoRaze patched stopped work for me for some reason. It launches, everything seems to be ok, but I still can abandon cities or raze them, when I counquer. I use the disk version and already tried launching it with or without original file in the folder, renaming it or leaving as it is in all combinations. I have the latest civ version and clearly remember NoRaze working with it earlier. I follow the instructions, but for no results. Maybe, I am missing something? Does anyone have any ideas what can be the cause? Thank you.

As far as I remember, the No-Raze Patch is only working for AI civs and not for the human player.

Hmm, I remember, that I wasn't able to abandon cities or chose to raze city in AoI at all with NRP. Thank you for the reply, I will try and see how it goes.

There are two versions of the no-raze - one allows the Human player to abandon etc, the other one doesn't.

I am also very interested in the link to the version that doesn´t allow the human player to abandon or razing cities.

I only know of the two different versions of the noraze patch that is needed for civers who play Civ 3 Complete and civers who have installed Civ 3 Vanilla and its original expansions.
