[NOT A BUG: 1.0.0.621] Can't trade wine

See attached save. I have connected two wine to my civ (both near Akkad, both with Plantations). Wine is listed as a luxury resource in the civilopedia, and if you hover over the Happy icon you see it is properly adding +5 happiness to the empire.

I wish to see if Catherine wants wine as well since I have excess, so I open up the dialog to trade. But, in the trade dialog, it doesn't show me as having any wine!

Are civs hording their wine? What is going on here?

I expect to be able to trade wine like any other luxury resource. This certainly looks like a bug to me!

It won't show luxuries that the particular AI also has.
I haven't opened your save, but are you sure Cathrine doesn't have a vineyard of her own?

Cathy doesn't have Wine, but Monty does. Two of his Wine tiles have Plantations (which you can see if you sign Open Borders and move some units into his territory). I'm going to assume that Monty traded Wine to Cathy. Since she can't trade for Wine, it doesn't show on your Trade Screen, similar to what Mathilda said. I'm going to say "not a bug."
