Not a bug - sorry folks!

I forgot to make a save of this I think I may have an autosave that I can try to replicate from latter but anyway:

I was attacking a city with a stack of cats and a couple of axes. Almost every battle had >90% change of victory - the last one was 99.9% but every single one withdrew from battle - some undamaged (this happened 5 times in a row I think and two turns in a row). When the axes attacked they had no problems - maybe because they can't withdraw. Anyone else experience anything like this? I'll see if I can replicate and post a save.

Siege weapons on attack no longer kill (on defense they still can do), but only inflict damage up to a specific threshold upon the enemy.
Therefore, your cats will have caused a lot of collateral damage and made the path for the axes.

Everything is fine.

Ah thanks for the clarification - keep finding changes that I didn't know were coming.
