[NOT A BUG][G&K]Great Scientist does not work when a Civ discovered a new tech

Bonjour,
when a Civ just discovered a new tech and you try to use a Great Scientist to get a free tech (before choosing another research) , the Great Scientist does not work (no free tech icone appears on the right) so the free tech is lost!

GS don't grant anymore a free tech, but a number of beakers.
So you should rather check out if the tech, which you've selected afterwards, is still at 0 beakers or has already made some progress.
