[NOT A BUG] Unable to delay adoption of Social Policies?

I unable to delay the adoption of social policies in version 1.0.1.141 although I remember I can do it before the patch update. Is this a bug?

PS: I haven't play it for a couple of weeks

Is this a bug?

No, it was intentionally introduced in the patch 1.0.1.35. Take a look at the patch notes .

But there's an option in the custom game screen to disable this.
