Not Getting Techs From The Great Library ?

I`m Germany, Monarchy, 400AD and have had the GL for past 10 turns. Babylon has Feudalism and is building Sun Tzus for the last 3 turns.

Why don`t I get Feudalism through the GL

You need two civs that have the tech to get it from the Glib.

And you need to be in contact with both civilizations. So get exploring if you want to get some benefit from the Great Library.
