Not sure what to do as Ethiopia...ignore, puppet, raze, or annex?

Here is current game view of my Ethiopia King/Continents. As you can see Suleiman is pretty much last place...but I''m all by myself, except for my allied CS on my own continent.

With my religion spreading to the other continent with Persia and Morocco, I'm wondering if I should do anything with Suleiman cities? I lucked into a military CS so I have more than enough units to take his capital in two turns.

I assume a CV is probably going to be the most attainable, but should I leave his terrible civilization alone, puppet it, or annex it? I have the happiness to at least annex the capital...

I dunno what his army looks like, but if you only have those two comps and that catapult, it's not gonna happen. He might build walls and pretty much one shot your catapults. I would build up more army, and then go for it. Look if he has some crappy city on an one-tile island where you could leave him alone, otherwise just kill him. You haven't met most of the civs so the diplohit will be smaller.
Also try if you can lure Morocco or Persia into the war.
