NRS- No Research

Pretty much the twist to this game is that we must win by spaceship, but can not research the entire game. We must buy all of our techs from the AI's. This makes some improvements useless (libraries/unvirsites) and some wonders much more important (The GL).

The Civ and difficulty is to be choosen after the game is full.

Remember that Universities and especially libraries are good for culture, though.
