Nuclear Strategy

I really don't care about reputation, because the other civs woudl nuke me in a second if they were as powerful as I was. As for stategy, don't use nukes unless they are neccessary, but when they are, use as many as you can without causing unneccasary damage. Go for the capitol and/or largest cities. Do not let these guys push you around.
