No. I made this modern warfare mod myself thanks to all the unit creators in the unit graphics forum and I downloaded new leaders for each country - Stalin, Mussolini, Hitler (fascist patch), etc.

Im in a deadlock right now with my bitter rival the Iroquis (im the Americans) were the only two civs left and are nuke for nuke (about 50) so who ever initiates war first will be toast cause the other side will respond according to troop movements and lay the smack down....which is precisly why Im taunting them and attempting to invade their territories...
