Question, is there a difference in damage created by the Tactical Missile and the ICBM?

Is there a way of making the Nukes more or less powerful?

No, and no. Nukes are nukes. One size fits all.

It would be interesting if you could design nukes yourself like one with a stronger radiation for units or a stronger fireball for cities.

I, for one, think that nukes should do a lot more damage. Certainly more pollution - and the pollution should spread as well (remember when Chernobyl exploded?)

I'm not sure but I think nukes "help" the global warming go up. Anyway, the AI never builds recycling or mass transit wich is kinda annoying. And it has a zillion tiles covered with pollution while i try to make none (aesthetics AND wasted tiles .

The AI must be run by Prez Bush then, he likes to see Global Warming go up.

But I do think we should have more control on the Nukes and there power.
