well i played a hotseat game with a friend of mine and i layed waiste to all the strongest computers. but i grew way way to fast within one hour i amased over 100 cities all most all had overlaped eachother. after building rails my cities we poluting so much my engineers out numberd my army 10 to 1 i even used some engineers to walk into cites that wer undefended. and not one nuke was used during that game. we had 4 global warnings cause of me............ooopsss

One time, I lanched 32 nukes into west Gurmany and the Gurmans were competly destoyed. or so I thoght, they lanched 2 bomers into my territory and captured my capital but I did't slpit

i never use nukes but build some....
and as soon a civ starts manhattan i build sdi in every town...
but if i get 1 twarted nuke attack i nuke the civ to hell pollution or not

Nukes should always be used as a last resort, not because i am concerned about the global warming but I find when ever i use nukes against the AI, the AI imediately start to construct them themselves. There is nothing worse than getting nuked constantly by my enemys(often numerous) so i generaly avoid nukes alltogether. INFACT the best thing to do is to cause industrial sabotage evry time the computer trys to build the manhatan project.

I rarely use nukes. But i always build some, just in case you know (if i get really REALLY angry at some civ)
As soon as i can build SDI defence i build them in every single city so i dont have to worry about enemy nukes.

I'm generally so far ahead of enemies that I get nukes many a turn before any computers, so that I can put one in each city and use them as a deterrent.
