Official Battlefront discussion thread (1 and 2)

This is the discussion thread for my favorite console game of all time. Just discuss the game, BF 1 or 2.

I haven't played BF2 lately since I'm caught up with civ, so I played this morning and I got 2 war heros in 2 games!

Battlefront 2 is my favorite PS2 game besides Madden. War Hero is pretty simple to get after a lot of practice. You have inspired me to go play a game on Hoth as the rebels.

I got marksman on that level once. (As the rebels)

Battlefront for an xbox or PS2? I'll never understand how anyone can manage to play FPS games on anything other than a PC.

I'm so bad at sniping, I almost never get marksman.

Couple of questions:

1- I thought you get a better sniper after marksman....but I didn't (!?!) I was rebels BTW if it had something to do w/ that

2- Where are the vulnerable part of vehicles (there's an upgrade for hitting it f times)

You have to get marksman several times before the rifle is unlocked.

About veichle parts check gamefaqs....thy have a veichle faq that lists critical points.

If you listen to your allies they will yell out where the soft spot is. And you get a bonus for hitting it, I believe. In Hoth if you are the rebels they yell to you about the AT At's. They say the neck is the soft spot, so it all depends.

It doesn't matter if you are the rebels or whatever to get any of the weapons or medals. Like Cleric said, you have to get it a couple of times.

@Al Costa - Sniping isn't always that hard when you get the idiots on a dish turrent. Then you take their head.

Then it isn't, but moving guys give me trouble. I personnaly like blowing them up with rockets.

War Hero is easy on space battles because you can blow up the stuff inside the other ship and they give you mucho points.

In the clone wars I pack up some units and take them over to the enemy ship, except most of them take off and leave.

I have PS2, alcosta, but I don't have internet for my PS2.
