Just Received this official Correspondence from KISS ...

It concerns the possibility of 3-way with D-Nuts

Hello MIA,

Here's some thoughts on how you may want to discuss things with Doughnuts.

SUMMARY
--Donuts are trying to extort 3 techs out of MIA for Writing.
--MIA doesn't need writing like Doughnut thinks you do. We are done in 8 or less.

Here's what we propose MIA propose to Donut.

1. Offer wheel for writing. Donut needs to start moving towards their UU at some point.
2. The offer can expand if Donut offers more information like they following.
3. If yes, then MIA can start with 3 questions.
A. What is Donut researching and MIA can reciprocate with masonry.
B. What government does Donut want to be in and MIA can reciprocate with Republic.
C. Who does each team know and what is the relationship. You can let them know you know us.

Then the conversation can spoke off from here.
If Donut is researching philo and wants to be a republic then there's the possibility the 3 of us can research together.
Donut gets WC, stops philo and gains cash till CoL can be coordinated and finished beforehand.
KISS starts CoL.
MIA fiinishes masonry and starts HBR for Donut and their UU and KISS.
Everyone gets republic, CoL, philo, HBR and masonry in the process.

If Donut wants to be a monarchy then we can all help each other get to our respective goals and work together to eliminate the scourge of the earth.

What is that thing sitting in our GMAILbox that says KISS Military Plans - Don't Open? As Minister Of Defense, the hairs on the back of my hands are bristling with the thought of those goodies being so close.....yet so far.

I won't open it until The Ambassador tells me it's ok. I dont' want to irritate Kiss.

With sweaty palms I don the special green suit and then with Classical_Hero backing me up ... I move slowly towards the package ...

Gingerly I open the package ...

Damn did I check for ticking? ... What if it is ticking? ... What wires do I cut ?!! ... Red ? ... Blue ? ... Damn I forget !?! ... STOP !!! ... Don't Panic !! ... Calm ! ... calm ... relax

"Hey C_H ?!! ... what colour wire do i cut ?!!", I casually enquire.

"What ... speak Up !!", the reply.

"The WIRE ... what COLOUR ?!!", shouting so my backup will hear me from his safe position back up and over the Hill ...

We might consider offering them an area in which to set up an Anarchist's Commune near Athens. We'd have to keep it out of the way of our citizens - such anarchy will not be a good influence on our little ones!

Think they'd like woods? Forest? Beach front?

That's it - Beachfront! We can set aside a barrier island, so they can have their privacy, and will not unduly cause our citizens alarm.

perhaps we should slow down our relationship with KISS a little
but still trade mysticism as promised, just i think they might be getting ahead of us, and that can not happen!

EDIT: Okay, now I will read more carefully before resopnding. I just saw the Ligurian Reapers' view. I had trouble discerning their border. But I think I saw it fairly south of our unit. Must be some luxury?... psychic sense tingling...
