Not only does every tile that makes a shield get a bonus shield, there must be a research bonus too, because research is faster.

I'm not going to check, but I think there must be a commerce bonus too. Laugh at me if I'm wrong.

Every worked tile gets one extra shield and one extra coin. The gain is subject to the loss by being in Despotism, however.

(Yes, very early Golden Ages aren't really that special)
